July 4th Holiday Garbage Collection Schedule 2010
The Public Works Department will be closed Monday, July 05, 2010, for the 4th of July Holiday.  If your regular scheduled pick up is Monday, July 05, 2010, please have your garbage at the street on Tuesday, July 6, 2010, and we will get it picked up as soon as possible.

CITY OF GEORGETOWN

A public hearing will be held by the City of Georgetown at City Hall on June 14th at 5:30 p.m. for the purpose of obtaining written or oral comments regarding the proposed use of Municipal Aid and Local Government Economic Assistance program funds for the upcoming fiscal year. These adjustments are used for street improvements.

PUBLIC INSPECTION: The City’s proposed budget and proposed uses of Municipal Aid and Local Government Economic Assistance program funds are available for public inspection at the City Clerks’ office in City Hall during normal business hours.

Interested persons and organizations in Georgetown are invited to the public hearing to submit written or oral comments on the proposed uses of Local Government Economic Assistance funds as they relate to the City’s entire budget.

Any person(s) (especially senior citizens) who cannot submit written comments or attend the public meeting, but wish to submit comments should call City Hall at (502)863-9804, so that the City can make arrangements to secure their comments

Note: This notice must be published 7 to 21 days before the schedule date of the Public hearing.
